Internship Overview
As a Finance Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Invoicing teams. You’ll be exposed to core financial processes, transactional workflows, and day-to-day accounting operations that keep the business running. You’ll work with our finance team and help with the Finance ERP Implementation project, gaining skills to support business decisions.Location: Cambridge, ON
Term: May 2026 - August 2026
Compensation: This internship is a paid position.
Your Day to Day
- Support Accounts Payable by assisting with invoice entry and payment preparation.
- Assist Accounts Receivable with payment posting and customer statements.
- Help maintain accurate invoice documentation and support billing-related tasks.
- Conduct basic reconciliations, including reviewing GL details and verifying supporting information.
- Provide general operational support across the Finance team to help ensure continuity of daily activities.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support workflow stability and process efficiency.

What We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office programs and be comfortable using virtual
meeting platforms. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and
meet deadlines, while ensuring attention to detail. - High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
- Full-time availability for a 4-month term, May - August 2026
