This is a full-time 12-month term position starting in January 2026. This position is located in Winnipeg, MB.Parrish & Heimbecker

Your Role
We are seeking a strategic and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our head office and corporate client groups within a federally regulated environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing organizational performance, mitigating risk, supporting leaders, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.Day to Day
Strategic HR Partnership- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with department managers on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation
- Provide guidance to managers to ensure compliance with federal regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Support leaders with internal investigations and complex employee relations matters.
Leader & Employee Support
- Deliver front-line support to managers regarding performance management, salary administration, market analysis, and workplace issues.
- Assist employees in navigating resources, development opportunities, and workplace challenges.
- Participate in HR initiatives including policy development, program creation, communications, and training.
- Prepare and deliver presentations in-person to leaders, including quarterly management meetings for your client group.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources
- Certified HR designation or working towards is an asset
- Previous experience providing HR business support within a corporate and head office environment
- Demonstrated progressive experience in a human resources role
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft 365 Application Suite
- Must be available to work on-site and have the ability to travel to other locations, if required
