P&H is the largest Canadian-owned milling company. The P&H Milling Group sources wheat from Western Canada, Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada to produce quality flour and cereal products. The lineup includes hard red spring wheat flour for breads and other bakery products, soft winter wheat flour for cakes and cookies, as well as semolina flour for pasta, organic flour, and atta flour for chappati. In our specialty milling operation in Saskatoon, we also mill pea fractions.From its mills in Halifax, Nova Scotia; Acton, Hanover, Hamilton, and Cambridge, Ontario; Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; and Lethbridge, Alberta, the P&H Milling Group supplies flour to customers throughout Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Iceland, and Pacific Rim countries.

Your Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our invoicing and internal coordination processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate billing, timely communication, and smooth collaboration across multiple teams.Day to Day
- Accurately and promptly invoice customers with a strong attention to detail
- Respond to customer inquiries related to invoices and customer portals
- Generate service invoices and credit notes using the ERP system (Macola)
- Act as a liaison between Customers, Sales, Accounts Receivable, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, and mill teams to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Complete month-end tasks as requested by the Finance and Sales teams
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing cut-offs
- Support the Customer Service team by applying orders to the correct flour contracts, as needed
- Run reports and provide data as required
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of Administrative and Customer Service experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Word
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work professionally and effectively with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced work environment.
