Your Role

As the Accounting Intern, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing general accounting support to the crop inputs accounting department.

Day to Day

Prepare, process and code invoices
Reconcile supplier accounts
Communicate with country locations to resolve accounting discrepancies
Provide backup and support for crop inputs accounts payable clerks

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program with a focus on agribusiness, business, accounting and/or finance.
Previous experience working in an office environment is a plus.
Ability to work independently, as well as contribute to a team.
Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Application Suite (Word, Excel).
