Your Role
As Process Implementation Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the successful adoption of new and standardized business processes across the organization. The role works directly with business stakeholders and end users to document standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned to system capabilities and develop practical rollout.Day to Day
- Work with stakeholders and Business Analysts to create clear SOPs, work instructions, and process overviews
- Ensure process documentation aligned with role-based responsibilities and systems configurations
- Develop SOPs in simple and easy‑to‑understand language for all users
- Review documents with process owners to confirm accuracy and usability
- Develop RACI on business process accountability
- Support and coordinate rollout activities, including but not limited to, training support and guidance to Subject Matter Experts on SharePoint document management and end‑user self‑service tools
- Work with the Change Manager to help teams understand changes to their roles and daily work
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify KPI reporting / dashboards and review KPIs to ensure compliance and resolve barriers for process adoption
- Support the transition of completed processes back to the business
- Other duties assigned as required
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in business management, project management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, working with subject matter experts to develop SOPs, work instructions, and process overviews
- Experience using Microsoft 365 tools and SharePoint document libraries
- Experience supporting organizational change or change management initiatives
- Experience supporting user adoption or change initiatives
- Bilingual in French and English is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Background in agriculture or agribusiness is considered an asset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams and departments
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to travel within Canada
